This page explains what cookies Nyxlearn uses on nyxlearn.blog, why we use them, and how you can control them. For questions, email [email protected].
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit. They allow the website to remember information about your visit — such as whether you have accepted our cookie notice — so you do not have to enter the same information repeatedly.
Not all cookies are the same. Some are essential for the website to work at all; others are optional and collect information about how you use the site to help us improve it. You can control which optional cookies are active.
2. Cookies we use
Essential cookies
Always activeThese cookies are necessary for the website to function. They cannot be disabled because without them the site would not work correctly.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookieConsent | Stores your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear | 12 months |
Analytics cookies
OptionalThese cookies help us understand how visitors use our website by collecting information about pages visited and time spent. Data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
| Service | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Page view counts, session duration, approximate geography | Up to 26 months |
Marketing cookies
OptionalThese cookies may be set by advertising networks to show you relevant adverts on other websites. We do not currently run paid advertising campaigns but include this category for completeness if third-party scripts are added in future.
Preference cookies
OptionalThese cookies remember settings you have chosen — for example, display preferences. Disabling them means settings may not be remembered between visits.
3. Manage your cookie preferences
Use the toggles below to control which optional cookies are active. Your preferences are saved to your browser and will apply when you visit our site.

4. Cookie duration
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They hold temporary data needed for a single browsing session.
Persistent cookies remain in your browser until they expire or you delete them manually. Our cookie consent record lasts 12 months; analytics cookies last up to 26 months depending on the service.
5. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how the website functions.

6. Your rights
You can withdraw consent to optional cookies at any time using the preference controls above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place while consent was given.
Disabling analytics cookies means we will have less information about how the site is used, but it will not affect your ability to read any page or submit an enquiry form.
